Meet Our Excellent team of coaches!
1st State Field Hockey and Lacrosse was founded and created by Paul Zelenak to provide more playing and learning opportunities for the scholastic Field Hockey and Lacrosse players in the Northern Delaware area. Our goal is to create a positive learning environment that fosters a love for the game while developing players skills and techniques. We offer year-round programs that include: Spring, Summer, and Fall Camps, and Private Individual Training
